1. Turn left, click on the light switch
2. Turn back to the computers and click on the book. Click through the pages (don't bother to read it) until you come to the last page (after a lot of blank pages). Get the 'chev' key.
3. Zoom in on the computer desk again and get the cable from the second shelf
4. Get the piece of wood that you can barely make out from under the lower most shelf.
5. Turn right twice to the water cooler. Knock over the glass container and the stack of cups. Open the blinds - this will open the secret compartment from under the stack of cups. Take the brown key out of the compartment.
6. Turn right and use the brown key on the door. Go through.
7. Open the cabinet and take a piece of wood and a cable.
8. Zoom back out. Zoom in on the chevy and take the two pieces of wood.
9. Use the 'chev' key on the trunk, zoom in, and open the compartment to get the jack.
10. Jack up the car (click multiple times on the jack when you have positioned it under the car). Zoom in under the car (click near/on the jack) and click on the card. Jot down the number (you can't pick it up).
11. Zoom back out and turn left (this is supposed to look like a garage door I guess). Get the piece of wood.
12. Go back in the first room and turn to the phone. Put the 5 pieces of wood on the pegs and climb up. Get the keyboard.
13. Turn left to the computer and plug the power cable into the socket. Turn right and place the other end of the cable in the water (click the leftmost edge of the puddle)
14. Use the other cable (click on the glass container somewhere, and then near the bottom of the phone on the wall. This may take some clicking around) to connect the phone to the water. I have absolutely NO idea why the guy thinks this would work (it wouldn't: a] phones are powered by the phone line and need no extra power for a dialtone, b] placing cables in water will not keep the phases separate - all fuses would blow instantly because you have perfectly short cicuited your system), but it's only a game, so we'll just pretend that it miraculously does work. 
15. Use the phone and dial the number (5552994). Steve tells you the passcode to the computer.
16. Turn left to the computer. Place the keyboard in front of the LEFT screen and turn on the computers. Look at the screen and enter the passcode (68259). Click 'continue'. On 'open garage door' click 'continue'. The status should change from 'closed' to 'open'.
17. Go to the other room and exit through the open garage door.

Note. Sometimes I could not unselect items. If you have the same problem go to an object that cannot be used with that item (e.g. the door) and try to use it. The failed action will automatically unselect the item.
